How to send back eligible items for return

(see eligibility requirements below)

Step One

Request a return

All you need is your order number and email address used when the order was placed.

Step Two

Determine return type. Are you returning for refund (US orders only, must be processed within 14 days of order), for exchange, or for store credit to use later (returns within 30 days of order)?

Refunds

Refunds are available for returns requested within 14 days of ordering. Refunds will be made to the original payment method once returned goods are received/inspected, less a $10 shipping fee.

Exchanges

Exchange orders indicate which size you would like - however, they do not guarantee availability. Once your return item is received to us and restocked, we will process your exchange order and ship to the address indicated so long as the item is available. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit which can be used towards any item on the site and never expires.

Store Credit

Want a different color, different fit - or something else altogether? We can issue you a Store credit to use towards anything on boysandarrows.com. The Store Credit never expires so feel free to use for an upcoming product release - or just a rainy day! The Store Credit will be issued once items are received in a new, unworn condition with tags and hygienic liners in place.

Step Three

Print a return label and drop off with the carrier.
For returns for refund, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the return shipping fees.
EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDITS ARE FREE!
Packages must be shipped within the designated time frame for return.

Step Four

Allow 2-3 business days from date of delivery to process your return items. Exchange orders, refunds, and store credits will be processed as soon as the items are received back to us and inspected to ensure items are in new, unworn condition with tags and hygienic liners in place.

Are your goods eligible for return?

If you have ordered within 30 days you are likely eligible for store credit.
Follow these steps to find out:

1. Has the item(s) been worn or tried on without undergarments?

2. Do they still have the tags and sanitary liners in place?

3. Did you get them on sale or with a killer discount?
